Do you shoot occupied homes?
Yes — most of our shoots are occupied. We work around furniture and clutter, and can advise on quick staging fixes before we arrive.
How far in advance should I book?
We can often accommodate next-day bookings, but scheduling a few days out gives the most flexibility around light and weather.
Can I mix and match services instead of picking a package?
Yes — the three tiers cover most listings, but if you just need drone shots added to a Standard shoot, or twilight without video, just ask.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate for drone or twilight?
We offer one free reschedule for weather-dependent shots like drone and twilight sessions.
Do the photos come MLS-ready?
Yes — every package is delivered pre-sized and formatted for MLS, Zillow, and brokerage websites, no extra editing needed on your end.
